Studio on courtyard on ground floor Excellent location and flat with everything essential in it. Eric was a good landlord and very responsive to any questions. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Paris. There is a metro station right across from the building. Very convenient location with lots of stores and restaurants around it.
