la gentillesse du propriétaire qui vous accueille et vous explique tout,
l'emplacement idéal : on est dans le 6ème à Paris, le quartier est donc le plus sécuritaire de la capitale, restos et commerces, laverie dans la rue d'à côté, supermarché, tabac, bref, rien ne manque et c'est Odéon, donc le "Paris idéal",

Pour accéder à l’appartement il faut suivre un couloir complètement délabré dans un état d’insalubrité incroyable avec très peu de lumière la nuit. Ma fille a eu plusieurs fois peur le soir. Toilettes bouchées pendant 15 jours, le propriétaire n’a jamais voulu intervenir. Ne pas louer.
