Localisation est idéale, à deux pas de République, au bord du canal Saint Martin.
Charmant, propre, très lumineux, vue magnifique, petit balcon.. un vrai nid douillet !

February 2022The appartment was very clean upon arrival. Claude was an excellent landlord, he explained everything well and was very fast to answer questions or solve problems in the appartment. The appartment has everything a person could need, it offers a very comfortable stay. The location is also great, it is close to the city center, easily accessible with public transport and the neighborhood is safe and vibrant.
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

Our daughter stayed here during her internship in Paris. Greeted with a warm welcome from Claude which made her feel welcome. She really enjoyed the location, the view and all the amenities at the studio. Claude was very helpful when there was a small leakage from the toilet and managed to get it fixed in no time.
The studio is very quiet and has all you need. Supermarket across the road and near to Republique metro station.
Would definitely recommend this studio. Thank you Claude!
