February 2024Our daughter stayed here during her internship in Paris. Greeted with a warm welcome from Claude which made her feel welcome. She really enjoyed the location, the view and all the amenities at the studio. Claude was very helpful when there was a small leakage from the toilet and managed to get it fixed in no time.
The studio is very quiet and has all you need. Supermarket across the road and near to Republique metro station.
Would definitely recommend this studio. Thank you Claude! -

Localisation est idéale, à deux pas de République, au bord du canal Saint Martin.
Charmant, propre, très lumineux, vue magnifique, petit balcon.. un vrai nid douillet !

This property was ideal for me as I needed a place in Paris for an internship. It was clean and tidy when I arrived and Claude was very welcoming, giving me a booklet with all the information for the flat and the surrounding area. It is a compact flat but had everything I needed for my 5 month stay. Located in a pleasant area of Paris near the canal and the marais. Claude was very responsive to messages and accommodating to my arrival and departure - a very pleasant stay.
