We are renting our family home, furnished, during our stay abroad between mid-February and mid-August 2026.
It is located at 16 rue Charcot in Grenoble, in a quiet residential area, 100 m from a large park and close to shops, trams and cycle routes. It is a semi-detached house dating from the 1940s, which we have renovated (in part) with great care (soundproofing and thermal insulation).
It has 3 floors: on the ground floor there is a large entrance hall (jackets, shoes) with a table football table, a laundry room and a bedroom (bed 160).
On the 1st floor: a large lounge, a dining room - kitchen opening onto a terrace that leads to the garden via a staircase, a shower room and a toilet.
The 2nd floor comprises 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.
On the west side, in a quiet location, there is a 200 m² garden with trees and a trampoline.
Ideal for a family!
It comes fully furnished, with bedding provided and a fitted kitchen, including crockery and cutlery. We can also provide books, games and television.
We are looking for careful tenants to enjoy our house!
