There is a dining area with a table that seats 4.
There are wooden floors throughout the flat, except in the shower rooms.
The shower room has a window and is comfortable with storage and a washing machine.

The price includes broadband internet access and electricity.
Electricity consumption is billed at 0.50 Euros / Kw.

Warm in the heart of the Marais
Pascale’s place was the ideal apartment for my stay in Paris. As a single female, I felt very safe in the area and building and the size of the place was perfect for one. Although in a busy area, the apartment was completely quiet. The space was equipped well and the bedroom even felt slightly separated for a studio space. Pascale and her husband were highly responsive to any problems I encountered and were kind in their response, which I really appreciated.
