A washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, cleaning kit and everything you need to feel at home are at your disposal.
The main room comprises two areas: a sitting area with a large TV, and a kitchen/dining area. The sofa is a sofa bed. The mattress is of ‘everyday sleeping’ quality.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end, modern appliances.
All the necessary kitchenware is provided and at your disposal (Nespresso or Bodum-style coffee machine, induction hobs, crockery).

Parking: Parking space not included. If you require a parking space, we have several available within the residential complex. Please let us know if you need one.
Type of tenancy:
- Either a standard furnished tenancy. Tenancy intended for students and young professionals (shared tenancy under a single lease for up to 2 people is possible), or for a family newly arrived in the region. A minimum tenancy period of 4–6 months is preferred.
- Or a ‘mobility’ tenancy. Minimum duration of 1 month and maximum of 10 months. Tenancy intended for professionals or students on mobility schemes
- Or a tenancy intended for companies wishing to accommodate employees. Minimum tenancy of 3 months.
Concierge service: In the case of a medium-term tenancy, the flat will be let with a concierge service (compulsory), which will handle check-ins, provide a minimum of one monthly clean, and supply bed linen and towels.
