This charming flat with mezzanine is located on the 5th and last floor in a beautiful stone building between the Champ de Mars and the Invalides, in a quiet and upmarket area of Rue Cler.

Rue Cler" is exceptional. Pedestrianised, it offers numerous shops, bars, restaurants and fresh fruit and vegetable market stalls. The "Invalides" and its esplanade, the "Champ de Mars" as well as the quays of the Seine are within a 5 minute walk. The metro stations "Ecole Militaire" and "La Tour Maubourg" are also less than 5 minutes away.
