Description
An apartment of 56 m² on the second floor without elevator comprising an entrance, an open kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped (cooking utensils, towels, bed linen, internet connection).
Please note that the apartment is non-smoking, that pets are not allowed and that a deposit will be required.

* 2 months rent for rentals of more than 6 months
For all rentals, the tenant will have to pay monthly an energy provision of 6% of the amount of the rent unless he/she takes over the different contracts in his/her name and justifies it.
The entry of the premises is done from Monday to Saturday between 16:00 and 20:00. The expenses at the charge of the tenant are 3€/m2. The exit of the premises is done from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 and noon. An entry or an exit of the premises is possible outside of these time slots or during a holiday, subject to availability and for a supplement of 50€.
Payments can be made by direct debit, bank transfer or credit card. A 2% bank charge will be added to all CB payments.
