- a very bright living room with a sofa bed and TV,
- a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room,
- a bedroom with a 160 cm bed,
- a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds,
- a shower room with Italian shower and WC,
- a laundry room with washing machine.
The flat has 3 sleeping areas:
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds
- a sofa bed in the living room.

Travel in comfort thanks to the equipment present in the flat, such as a television, a free high-speed wifi connection, kitchen equipment (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (capsules not provided)), a hairdryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for 6 people on arrival.
The television is a Smart TV: you do not have the TV channels, but you have all the streaming applications (Netflix, Youtube, etc.) - subscriptions not provided.

Its location:
Ideally located in the pedestrian hyper centre of Grenoble, close to many shops, public transport, restaurants, brasseries, cafes, etc. Its location is easily accessible from the SNCF train station.
Getting around:
Tram A,B
Bus C1 at 5 min walk
Easily accessible SNCF station.
The accommodation does not have a parking space. Parking is possible in the municipal car parks around the accommodation, for which a charge is made during the day, except on Sundays (museum and house of tourism)

This is a shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning for solidarity).
