Respond to a tenant's availability request

When you receive an inquiry from a tenant, you will immediately be informed by email. You can also receive a text message if your mobile phone number has been provided in your user account.

You can reply through your account in the “Inbox” section. 

If you accept an inquiry, there is a good chance that the tenants will book your accommodation afterwards, so be sure you will be able to welcome them.

If there is no response from you, the availability request will be automatically declined after 72 hours and the tenant will be notified. Failure to answer to several request will lead to your listing being disabled.
