Payment of the security deposit

The inventory of fixtures is carried out on the day of arrival in the presence of the lessor or the person appointed for this purpose by the lessor.

A security deposit will most certainly be requested by the landlord (see announcement of the accommodation, confirmation email and rental contract). Its amount is indicated in the advertisement of the accommodation and must be paid before arrival in the accommodation.

We advise you to contact your landlord in order to agree on the terms of payment (cheque, cash, bank transfer).

The landlord can refuse to give you the keys if this deposit is not provided.

If no damage is noted in the accommodation when you leave, the landlord has 2 months to reimburse the deposit.
